2020 Educational Series #1 – March 5, 2020

By now, most of you have received the Census envelope in the mail.  On March 5, Mike Ranck, Chairman of Delaware County’s Complete Count Committee for the 2020 Census, made a case to Project W members for how important it is that everyone is counted.  Information gathered from the census is used to determine how to distribute $675 billion in federal funds and grants for schools, hospitals, roads, public works and other programs.  For every one (1) person not counted, Delaware County loses $20,000 in federal funding for the decade.  Please take the time to complete the census, and to encourage other households to complete theirs as well.
